Don, the MD of The Adrenalin Jungle swapped his yellow fleece for a chef whites for a day last month to try his hand in the kitchen at Sat Bains Restaurant. Sat and his team came to The Adrenalin Jungle earlier in the year to have a go at Paintball and The Assault Course so this was a chance to exchange roles.

A morning workshop with the Michelin starred chef showed Don the energy, passion and effort that goes into this world class restaurant ‘behind the scenes’. Don said of his time in the kitchen ‘it was a great experience and I have the upmost respect for chefs and their teams. The amount of work and effort that goes into preparing the food is immense and puts our jacket potato, cheese and beans lunch to shame!
